To improve your English, you should read daily newspaper, not the every topic, read the articles coming in the middle of the newspaper. You should try writing paragraphs or speech on your own on any topic you like, it may be on pollution, rapid increase in population, discrimination etc. One more thing if you have relatives or friends with you who know English, try to communicate with them in English, anywhere like on social media, or by face to face. Both CAT and Bank PO exams have similar portion. You can prepare for both simultaneously as the syllabus and paper pattern is same. Study hard for CAT and keep Bank PO as your backup.

Yes, you can prepare for the course but you need to prepare for the exam as Amity gives you the admission on the basis of 70% and JEE Main score.

Read these books:
1. Encyclopedia of Advertising and Public Relations.
2. Any book related to Journalism and Mass Communication. I recommend Arihant but the book has wrong answer keys.
3. Brand Equity supplement, comes in The Economic Times every Friday (I think)
4. Vir Bala Aggarwal
5. Book on public relations by Cutlip
6. General English and General Awareness.
