First, you should get your hands on previous year's papers of the college entrance exams. Try and answer them. It will give you an idea as to what line of questioning the exam takes.
In general, Mass Communication and Journalism entrance exams test English Grammar, Writing Skills, and Knowledge of Current Affairs and Critical Writing ability. Exam Pattern of B.Arch. JEE: B. Arch is a 3 hours exam based on Mathematics, Aptitude and a Drawing/Sketching Test. Since maths is a core subject, most coaching centers would have included maths in their mode of learning.

Hi Viraj, keep the third attempt as the last one, I don't recommend students to take the tests more than 3 times. You should start checking university websites for deadlines and admission requirements, if you are targetting an US university start preparing from now. Get your academic transcripts issued from the university in India. Prepare a very strong SOP, talk to professors who could write outstanding LORs for you. Universities would check your overall profile, so without worrying too much about your GRE work on other factors which could make an impact on your application.
