Syllabus of paper 2 is vast so start with high priority topic which contains good marking weightage. For both paper 1 and paper 2 refer to the quality study materials. This will help you come to know about the type of questions asked in the exam, certain questions that are repeated in the exam consistently and about the difficulty level which you will appear for. Appear for online mock tests so that you can check out if your concepts are clear. Revise daily. Work on speed and accuracy as well. I hope the above information help to score better.

Divide the UGC NET syllabus http://bit.ly/2YrRg8V on weekly basis so that you may complete it in time, but before that prioritize which topics you need to cover first. Solve a lot of previous year test papers to get to know about the difficulty level of exam. Appear for mock test papers as well.

Attempt less time-consuming questions first as time plays a vital role. Time management is mandatory. Prepare each and every topic in detail as the question can come from anywhere. Make your command over the concepts and must prepare the basic concepts first. Always start from the first page and read each end every point. Check the syllabus well. Mark the easy and important topics. Always follow the basic strategy- understand the topic, make short notes, close your eye & try to recall the topic, read it again (if concept includes calculation or derivation, rather that recalling practice it). Now solve the relevant questions on it. Analyze your performance and work on the weak sections. Never take UGC NET Paper 1 for granted. It is a practical subject which requires a lot of practice and it is capable enough to fetch you good marks.

Cover up all the basic theories from the books that you have studied in your Bachelors level. Refer to the correct and the latest syllabus only. Understand the exam pattern well. Must check previous year question papers to know about the topics having high marking weightage. Prepare the important and easy topics on priority. Regarding the preparation of UGC NET HRM, before doing anything refer your PG Notes. The syllabus is vast so go for selective study. Clear your doubts on time itself. Do not hesitate to ask and do not even collect so many doubts. Must keep in mind to work well on UGC NET General Paper as well. Always make a flow chart or a core diagram of the chapter just to understand simply what the topic contains and how the things are interlinked. Make short notes, study it well and keep revising on a daily basis. Solve a variety of questions to make the concepts clear. Practice questions from previous year test papers.
