With this score, if you belong to SC, ST, etc. only then you may get a good college. Your chances are really low to get a decent or a good college.

All the top colleges like MIT, PSG, SSN, etc. don't belong to general (OC) category. If you do so then you might not get PSG, but you can get SSN and MIT.

Yes, if you are a native of Tamil Nadu, then you are eligible to apply for TNEA counselling but you need to submit a Nativity certificate.
