There is still no official information about the counselling dates. As the results of NEET exam has delayed, the counselling dates may be late.
The previous information as per the Anna university admin was, the counselling starts from June 27 and the rank list will be released on June 22.
So if the NEET results come early, then we may expect the dates to remain the same.

No, SASTRA University does not come under TNEA counselling (Anna University's counselling). You need to apply separately for SASTRA and the applications have been closed and the counselling has been started at SASTRA University.
SSN College of Engineering comes under TNEA Anna University counselling. The seats are filled at SSN in 2 ways. 65% by Anna University counselling and 35% by management quota.
For management quota you need to get the form separately and clear an entrance test (aptitude test).

I think you can appear only once in the counselling for TNEA 2017. You need to satisfy the eligibility conditions as per the TNEA.
You may refer www.annauniv.edu. The applications have been closed on June 3.
So, you better contact the admin.

TNEA 2017 rank list is expected to be released on June 22 and the counselling might start from June 27. These were given when the applications were opened for TNEA. As the NEET exam results are not clear, there could be a delay in the counselling but that is also not sure.
So, those days are till the same until an officer's announcement is made.

Congrats on getting a cut off marks. The top three on your list namely CEG, MIT, and SSN are better when compared to RMK. So, you can prefer the first three:
In all those, the placements are really good and they also have a good reputation.
So, you can go for any one of those three.
In CEG campus, the education is not better. But, I am not sure whether it is true or not. Being in the main campus of Anna University, will not be like that as it has a brand name.
MIT and SSN are also better in terms of education and placements.
Only thing, is SSN is a little costlier than the other colleges.
You can take any of these. But d

The admission into Anna University and its affiliated colleges is based on your caste wise cut-off marks. Your cut-off is too low to get a top college. If you belong to SC/ST category then you can surely get a good college.
You are advised to apply for counselling under Anna University (TNEA 2017).
Mention your caste then I may help you.

With this, you can get a government college but not the top ones like MIT, PSG, etc.
So, mention your caste.
