TNEA stands for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions. So as the name implies it is only for admission into the colleges that are affiliated to the Anna University which are in Tamil Nadu only.

I think you are not from Tamil Nadu. In Tamil Nadu, the exams are out of 200.
You need to calculate the cut-off marks as follows:
1) Divide mathematics marks out of 200 by 2
2) Add physics and chemistry marks (out of 200) then divide that by 4.
3) Add these 2 marks so that you will get an aggregate score out of 200.
This is the cut-off score.

I hope you would be in a good college right now. So, it is not the right to answer this question but as per your cut-off marks and being a BC candidate, you cannot get a top college. Try for a better college with your cut-off in the counselling.

TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) is actually not an exam but a single window counselling under Anna University. Your HSC score, especially your aggregate in PCM out of 200, is used for admissions.
The students from other states can apply for that counselling only if they are a native or a resident of Tamil Nadu.

As you belong to the OC category, you cannot get a top college. So you may try during the counselling round. Refer to the link below for the TNEA college predictor:
