Hi Ananya, this will depend from country to country. A GRE score would be required to pursue a Ph.D in USA. For other countries, it may or may not be required depending on the university and/or the department. Also, you must take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency.

Dear Kriti,
Nobody can and will tell you dates for exams you need to appear. Specifying a date won't guarantee full marks as well. Nobody on the other side of this app can know about your preparation strategy, your calibre etc. The best we could do is to suggest you to keep atleast 9 months ahead of the application dates Around 3-5 months would be required for preparation of each test. During March to August should ideally be your test date.

Hi,
Typically, scholarships are awarded by the universities and you need not take any exam for this. All applicants by default are considered for scholarships and these are given on the basis of merit. Higher the grades better are the chances of scholarships and admissions. Since you are will be pursuing Bachelors you must take the TOEFL and SAT, note SAT is taken to study in US. So, if its another country you have to re-check the requirements.

SAT is an aptitude test required for admission into universities in USA. Some universities also require a SAT subject test. The TOEFL IBT test measures your ability to use and understand English at the university level. And, it evaluates how well you combine your listening, reading, speaking and writing skills to perform academic tasks. Mostly TOEFL is accepted in USA, Canada and IELTS are mostly accepted in the UK.
While the TOEFL only tests academic subjects, the IELTS' academic option will have academic reading and writing sections combined with general listening and speaking sections. Both, the GRE and the GMAT have an Analytical Writing Section, but the GRE has two tasks instead of one (as is the case with GMAT).

Yes, you can give IELTS only. Almost all the universities in Germany ask for IELTS. It is European based and TOEFL is American based.
