Please refer to the link provided below for details on the TOEFL exam like exam eligibility, minimum marks required, exam pattern.
Of course, the minimum score can still differ a lot from school-to-school. Some schools require a score as low as 70 points, and others as high as 110. From a practical standpoint, the score required by the school you are interested in should be considered a good score.

Yes, you will get financial assistance. First, shortlist the universities you wish to apply to and then check out with their financial aid for the various opportunities to fund your education.

B-Schools look for students with a bright academic record, very good GMAT scores and work experience. They won't admit you only on basis of TOEFL score alone.

Hello Shashank,
Scholarships for MS in US universities is a challenging task. There are many conditions to fulfil. There are many nuances to this and if you miss out on any one it becomes most difficult to recover. I would therefore sincerely advise you to approach specialist agency dealing in sending students abroad particularly to US for desired results.

Dear Muhammad,
If you don't have any coaching institute for SAT or TOEFL nearby then:
1) You can go for any online training.
2) Use YouTube to understand the concept.
Now it depends on you, what do you want to do?
Best of Luck!
