I think you should do CS IT from iiit Gwalior. But it also depends upon your convenience and interest. You can get insight of both and then take decision. Best of luck.

Surely, you will get admission only after satisfying the minimum percentage of 55 in your PG course and your university from where you have done your MBA should be recognised in India.

Hi, your admission to NIT will be done by Central Seat Allocation Board which gives score by that 40% boards + 60% JEE Mains. They will give rank list based on this scores according to which you'll be asked to fill up your choices (NIT's plus some additional Pvt. Universities). I think you have some chance to get admission here but due to less marks in boards, you loose these chances. Don't worry and try to apply for these. I hope you understand.

A proper strategy to start would be studying with complete concentration, no disturbances, and continuously for 3-hour sessions. Yes, we know the thought itself sounds alien to you, but you have to start somewhere. The idea is to simulate real exam conditions. While studying, you have to create an atmosphere of sitting in an examination hall. You can choose your own time table to prepare for all the topics of class 12, and if you are preparing for an exam like JEE you can also include those topics in your schedule.
