Yes, it is important to register if you wish to participate in TS PECET Counselling. You have the register alongside paying the fee-challan to be eligible for the counselling.

The candidates who are eligible for the counselling are advised to appear with their TS PECET rank card, 10th/12th marksheet (certificate), Date of Birth proof, Bonafide (Study) certificates from Class I to Graduation, Residence certificate, Transfer Certificate (if required). If you're from the reserved category, then you need to present the category proof certificate as well.
