Middlesex is one of London's reputed university, the programs offered in the other campuses are co-ordinated by the main campus. Remember there is no placement, the university will assist you with job hunting. The Careers and Employability Service offers students a range of support both while they are studying and after they have graduated. The university on the whole have good track record and have industrial tie-ups.

Hi, on the basis of a Bachelor's degree it would be difficult. In USA it is next to impossible. You can expect entry level jobs in the middle east but I will still suggest you pursue your master's abroad and then look for jobs.
