Hi harleen. Yes, Students who have completed PGDM programme from an AICTE approved institute and have been awarded the Diploma are considered to be equivalent with the Master's degree of recognised Indian universities from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi; are eligible to apply for UGC NET examination. If you want to make your career as a lecturer or researcher then you can go for UGC NET exam. It is a National Eligibility Test for postgraduate students. To appear for the NTA NET 2020 exam, exam aspirants should have a Masters degree/Diploma with a minimum 55% aggregate marks if they belong to the General category or minimum 50% aggregate marks if they are from OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Transgender category. In my opinion you should choose between Mathematical sciences and Physical sciences. While the Mathematical sciences is most preferred subject for CSIR UGC NET for PG Engineering aspirants.
