Hello,
While preparing for UGC NET English, be clear with the fact that it has a very vast syllabus so you to give it enough time to prepare. First of all go through with your M.A. Coursework, it won't take much time, just afresh it in mind, just for having a general idea of topics like Major authors & their works and literary periods ( From Chaucer to contemporary)
Now pick up any standard History book from British literature, some options are David Daiches, Edward Albert, W H Hudson. Collect the maximum information about the important author/critic & their work. Practice previous year test papers & UGC NET http://bit.ly/2FSok2K Online

Give yourself marks and then concentrate on those questions and topics that you did wrong, (also concentrate on the questions that you did right, for example you know about only one option and that happens to be the correct answer too, about rest 3 options -you are unaware of; thinking th
