Below I am sharing a few tips which one must keep in mind while appearing for lectureship interview. Avoid few words like- um, wanna, gonna, like, heya, cya, these do not sound professional. The way you enter & exit the interview hall. Eye contact with the interviewer, if they find you are not paying heed to what they say, there are remote chances of yours being selected. Note down the important topics which covers large section in the exam. Go with quality books and make good notes out of it. Try to make your notes shorts as it helps a lot when you need to recall the thing in a short time. Make sure you are not wasting time on a topic which is not important as per exam perspective. Hi Reema, As per the latest updates at official websites, the NTA has postponed the last date to apply for the CSIR NET and UGC NET both exams. There is no notification released for change in the exam date. The NTA has decided to conduct the CSIR NET exam on 21st June and UGC NET exam form 15 to 20th June. If there is any update to extend the exam date they will released the same on official website. Hi Mobisha, Yes, you are eligible to apply for CSIR NET exam, but you will be eligible for JRF only. As per the UGC Norms, the graduate candidate are eligible for CSIR NET JRF only and they have to complete the post graduation, within two years. If you want to apply for NET Lectureship for assistant professor, you must have completed the master;s degree first.
