That's totally unheard of. There are A class courses you can do in India and then apply for UK universities. But it's still extremely uncommon. I would strongly suggest you to finish your class 12th in India and then proceed for a university in UK.

To get a course in UK, you have to pass class 12th. That's the minimum qualification for almost all the courses.

Yes, there are plenty of colleges in UK offering Diploma and PG Diploma to international students. Choose which subject you wish to study and the check for colleges.
