Without a GMAT score, it can be challenging to recommend universities, and you omitted to include your academic standing. Your spending limit is reasonable. I'll advise you to look over these options up until you have a GMAT score, then check the university websites for the admissions requirements. According to me, India is the best place because every course syllabus is the same and books are also the same But the only difference is the convenience which we will get more in Europe because it is a developed country.

Hello, You can apply for a Student visa if you're 16 or over and want to study on a further or higher education course in the UK. If you're under 18 and you want to study at an independent school in the UK, you may be eligible for a Child Student visa instead.
