Hi Shashank!
M.Sc from Germany is much better than UK. You will get higher remuneration as well as practical knowledge from Germany. Opportunities are more in Germany as per current scenario.

For Masters, admission prospects look good for your profile. Take IELTS. You can further check university websites for deadlines, in UK universities mostly have admissions rounds all throughout the year. Check entry requirements for university specific admissions, everything is mentioned on university's website.

Certainly not one of the best keeping in mind that they have imposed quite strict rules for Indian students. Though you will get a good quality education job prospects are bad and visa chances are low. Go through some recent news articles on this matter for better idea. Check other countries like France, Ireland etc. ,which are more friendly.

You have to take IELTS exam to do Masters and for Canada. The IELTS score should be above 6 band.
