I think, to pursue MBA in India is the best option because we have lot of best B-schools, which gives us enough scope for growth and strengthen our position. Below mentioned are the top 10 institutions in our country:
1. FMS Delhi.
2. IIM A.
3. IIM B.
4. IIM C.
5. IIM L.
6. IIM K.
7. JBIMS.
8. SPJIMR.
9. MDI - Gurgaon.
10. XLRI. To get admission in the above mentioned colleges, you have to go through a series of exams like CAT XAT IIFT CMAT NMAT or SNAP and also an excellent percentile, then you will receive calls for the second process, I. e. What/ GD/ PI and if you are able to impress them, then you are in. Best of luck.

Hello,
All the elite institutes abroad do ask for a mandatory work experience of about 4-5 years to be eligible for their MBA programme. Generally, full-time work experience is asked for.

I don't know about visa things, that you can search. But, for jobs, it is neither easy nor hard. You have to be extra, because UK companies need some reason to opt you rather than their own country people. https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/student-guide-to-the-united-kingdom-uk-guidepage-16
