All the elite institutes abroad do ask for a mandatory work experience of about 4-5 years to be eligible for their MBA programme. Generally, full-time work experience is asked for.

I don't know about visa things, that you can search. But, for jobs, it is neither easy nor hard. You have to be extra, because UK companies need some reason to opt you rather than their own country people. https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/student-guide-to-the-united-kingdom-uk-guidepage-16

I would also tell you to try some the scholarships, please search a bit and get to know about scholarship that are available. If you have good academic record, then you might get very good scholarship when we might not have to spend open your pocket, so look for some scholarships that matched your criteria and apply for them and then go for the cause that you want to pursue.

Dear Sake,
It is very expensive. To do an online degree from India, Birmingham University is charging 1 million Indian currency and it's doesn't assist any funding. So in this case, walk into any education fair happening in the city, meet counselors of the respective international university, they will give you insight to all your queries and how you will be sourced for funding. Indian bank will fund you over a limit not exceeding. So meet the counselors of the university, understand various scholarship and funding available to complete the course.
