Please email them for your query, nobody outside the university will be able to precisely tell you if they will accept you or not. Also, your percentile is not very competitive. So if you haven't contacted them yet please do so soon. They may ask for a evaluation or ask for other pre-requisite courses.

In USA, there is no MBBS as such, you have to take the SAT or ACT and apply to a Bachelor's degree. You can study in a medical school after you complete your Bachelors and by taking the MCAT. To study in UK, you have to take the UKCAT, and to study in Germany you have to take Abitur. Additionally, you have to take TOEFL or the IELTS. Scholarships are based on merit, so quite obviously you must have an excellent academic percentage and consistently good track record.

You should search universities, visit the websites, check the entry requirements, match with your profile, see the budget and shortlist some universities. Additionally, you have to take the IELTS for UKVI, an overall score of 7 is required. But the requirements vary from university to university, so you have to check it likewise.

Academy of Art University, Pratt Institute, Rhode Island School of Design, The Savannah College of Art and Design, London College of Fashion, Central Saint Martins College, Royal College of Art, Middlesex University London to name a few.
