Yes, one can get a good scholarship to study a bachelor's programme abroad given that you will have to search for suitable scholarships available for the country, university and course you are applying to. However, merely applying for the scholarship does not confirm your chance of getting a scholarship. You will have to be prepared and receive the desired merit in your qualifying class 12th exams to win the scholarship award.

Yes, you can certainly do that. UCAS application allows you to choose maximum of 5 courses. Those courses can be in the same university or different universities. UCAS gives you the option to choose five different courses in five different universities. However, it is important to think carefully, before choosing your courses and universities as your future depends on it.

Yes, there are many universities which do not require standardized tests such as SAT, GRE, and GMAT. In fact, there are few test-optional universities, which have made these tests as an optional requirement.
Although, English proficiency tests are mandatory for international applicants, few universities accept alternative proof of English proficiency such as previous education in English.
