You have not mentioned about the degree level you are looking for and your qualification too. You need to choose a course based on your interest as well. IT or CS is ever evolving, so research a bit on the future jobs and then apply for a suitable course.

Yes, you can get job in India.

Most students in India think of America and an American job. Isn't it a fact that America and India enjoy a mutually benefitting relationship and it is stronger than any other? In our own interests, our orientation should be towards American. It is incorrect to say that British English is similar to American English.

You are eligible for it if you have more than 50% in your B.Sc. in CS.

If finance is not a problem, definitely UK is better for computer engineering.

GRE and IELTS are compulsory for the same.

The only way to practice dentistry in UK is to pass ORE, a licensing exam conducted by British Dental Council. This exam is conducted twice a year (April and September) in UK.

USA universities are a better option for MS in mechanical engineering because of excellent academic atmosphere and opportunities for learning & overall development.

IELTS or English language proficiency test is required in the UK. You must write to the universities if you are planning not to take any test. It is very rare that they accept candidates without an IELTS score. Visa rejection chances are also going to be high.
