There is no MBBS in USA and Canada. So, this leaves with you in Australia, UK and New Zealand. If you still want to pursue your medical studies in US and Canada you must initially enroll into a four year bachelor degree program there , take the MCAT and then apply to a medical school. For the other countries you must take the following tests in addition to completing your 10+2 with very good scores
UK - UKCAT
Australia - UMAT or MCAT
New Zealand - UMAT
You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. Check the respective websites for more details.

A Bachelor's degree in commerce or finance is required to become a broker. For maximum prospects, you can do your Masters or even an MBA. Check work permit options in UK through the UK immigration website, not easy for international students to obtain a job in UK unless you are highly talent and have sheer luck.

It is late for Canada 2017 intake. The application rounds are now closed. The process starts a year ahead. You will find options in UK as most of the universities offer rolling admissions.
