There are other requirements too beyond grades, you will also require work experience, GMAT and IELTS scores. For admissions in any good university you must have a first class.

UK education system is highly recognized worldwide. Medical studies are extremely challenging and so are the admissions very selective. You have some of the best medical schools in the world which are located in UK such as University of Aberdeen - School of Medicine, Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, University of East Anglia and King's College London.

For Germany, which is the hub of Mech Engg, you are expected to have better Academics besides GRE. There is no standard formula to calculate 10 point CGPA into 4 point CGPA. However most USA universities may accept standard maths conversion. You USA CGPA will be 2.68

Hi, you need minimum educational qualifications too to get a job and not only the IELTS score. It is also important for you to know that obtaining work permit for international students is very difficult for international students currently. Yes you can. There are many universities not all can be listed but try Birmingham, Queen, North Hampton and all. Keep in mind that ielts is not the only thing to decide your admission, your academics n extra curricular play a big role
