63% in graduation is a good score. You could go for further education in abroad by first appearing for IELTS. You did not mention your course so, all I can say is that with this score, you are eligible for every academic and non academic courses.

If you are looking for post study job option, then Australia would be a better option as work permit option in UK is very tough now. IELTS is required for international students. You can check the university websites for admission requirements.
