Ultimately, the choice comes down to personal goals and preferences. Durham offers a globally recognised education within excellent research facilities and varied exposures to teaching styles and a wide international network. IIT Gandhinagar is amongst the IITs, best engineering colleges with stringent academic standards and a good research opportunity with industry connections in India. Though Durham may have an international exposure, IIT Gandhinagar gives a quality technical education focusing on placing its career opportunities in the local Indian job market.
