No, students generally cannot receive multiple scholarships at the same time at Neu Ulm University of Applied Sciences. Most scholarship providers in Germany (DAAD, Deutschlandstipendium) do not allow that.

However, students can combine academic stipend with private loans, or some other non-monetary academic grants.
