As per the QS Global MBA rankings for 2023/24, Mannheim University has the best ROI worldwide. 95% of the students accepted a jov offers 3 months after graduation. The course is 12-15 months long. In the Financial Times MBA 2026 ranking, Mannheim Business School ranks at #65. Whereas, in the Bloomberg Best Business school ranking, this university ranks at #8.

For admission to the University of Mannheim MBA course, a GMAT score of 600 or an equivalent GRE score minimum is required. Note that this university will provide a discount of EUR 200 (Around INR 22k) for a GMAT score of 650 or above or equivalent GRE score. Along with this, the following requirements must also be met for admission to Mannheim Uni MBA course-

  • APS Certificate
  • Three years of working experience
  • TOEFL iBT with a minimum score of 95 / IELTS with 7 or equivalent

If we take a look at both the Universities, Ludwig Maximilian University Munich ranks at #2 in Germany with a tuition fee of INR 0 – 21.95 L and the University of Mannheim is ranked at #29 with a higher tuition fee of INR 0 – 51.58 L, but it is easier to get into University of Mannheim than to LMU Munich due to differences in the acceptance rates, the acceptance rate LMU Munich is as low as only 10% making it very selective whereas the acceptance rate of University of Mannheim is at 29%.

Indian students who are studying at the Uni of Mannheim can work part time. They can work for 140 days or 280 half days as per the calendar year. This same rule applies to internships as well. A few of the part time jobs that Indian students can opt for while studying in Germany are-

As per the Financial Times Master in Management ranking, the University of Mannheim ranked at #28 in 2025. This ranking show that Mannheim Uni ranks among the Top 30 Universities. Over the years, this university has ranked at the following places for MIM course in Financial Times rankings-

The cost of living in Mannheim is around EUR 950 - 1,000 (Around INR 1 L - INR 1.08 L) per month for Indian students

Yes, Indian students who want to study at Mannheim University have to submit an APS certificate. Digitally signed APS certificate has to be submitted together with othet documents required for studies at the Uni of Mannheim. Along with the education transcripts, students are required to submit their evidence of language proficiency score, be it German or English.

The University of Mannheim acceptance rate is around 36%. This acceptance rate suggests that this university is quite selective. So, Indian students must have a good academic record. For admission to UG courses, a university entrance qualification is required along with German language proficiency. Whereas, for admission to the PG courses of Mannheim Uni, a Bachelor's degree is required.
