The September intake is the primary intake at the University of Glasgow. This is the intake when the the widest range of courses at the UG and PG levels is offered.
As the second chance to apply, the University of Glasgow also offers a January intake (Spring/Winter) for some selected postgraduate courses.

To pursue an MBA at the University of Glasgow, a minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience is required.
A really strong letter of reference is needed for one's role at a managerial or leadership level.
This is a strict admission requirement and the applicants have to provide a CV that highlights their responsibilities. Work experience of 36 months is required.

Most of the applications for the University of Glasgow are submitted via the UCAS portal (UG courses). For applying via this portal, international students would have to know about its deadllines which are generally in June and January in each year.
The equal consideration deadline has passed for UCAS and for PG courses deadlines vary. The classes at this university are started in mid-September generally.

The Uni of Glasgow offers a tuition fee discount of 20% to eligible self-funded alumni who wish to study PG Taught Master's or Research students for 2026/27. Indian students are also eligible for this discount. As such, no separate application is required for this alumni discount. It is applied at the time of registration.

The Uni of Glasgow India Excellence Award support exceptional students to become Future World Changers. This is for PG level students. Scholarship award value is GBP 12,500. To be eligible for this scholarship, students must show academic excellence equivalent to a UK 1st Class Honors, around 85% and above. For this scholarship, students have to apply by accessing scholarship portal.

Uni of Glasgow LLM tuition fees is GBP 29,355 (INR 37 L) for Indian students. Also, Indian students have to pay deposit of GBP 2,000 when offer is made. Few other expenses are registration or exam fee, submission of thesis after deadline and fee for reassessment of disseratation.
