UPSC exam notification will out on 10 Feb and preliminary exam will be held on May 28, and Mains exam on 15 September.
Candidate must hold a Graduate Degree from a recognised University. UPSC Civil Services Exam Age Limit: Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age and must not be more than 32 years of age.

Selection process of CAPFAC2 papers are there. Paper 1:- GS paper (objective type), 125 questions, total 250 marks.
Paper 2 English (descriptive, consists of essay, notice, precise, arguments and grammar), total 200 marks. You have to score min. 50 marks in paper 2. Cutoff is decided from paper 1 to qualify for PST/MET. After written paper result, UPSC asks you to fill up DAF (detailed application form). It takes about 2
