Yes, you are eligible to appear for the UPSC IAS Civil Services exam if you graduate with a B.Voc in Media Production as u meet the eligibility criteria which has citizenship, age and education from a recognised university and you are allowed a maximum of 6 attempts for UPSC exam.

Yes, being a student of Master's Diploma in Fashion Designing you can sit for the UPSC Civil Services Examination. According to the eligibility criteria it must be noted that only degree holders from any recognised university or its equivalent are considered eligible for applying to this examination. Yes, students after completing their study from YCMOU can apply for UPSC CSE exam. YCMOU degree is valid and approved by UGC. The college or university does not matter when applying for UPSC CSE as long as they fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for CSE. Students need to complete a minimum of bachelor's degree to apply for UPSC CSE. The university offers BA, BSc, BCom, etc. at the UG level.
