1) Online application - International students should utilise the UWM International Student application if they are applying to a degree-seeking programme and have or require a student visa (F-1 or J-1).

2) Proof of English Proficiency - All applicants whose mother tongue is not English must offer evidence of their English language ability in one of the ways listed below:

a) A test result that qualifies for either conditional or regular admission.
b) University stidy prior to enrolling at UWM, students must have completed at least 18 months of full-time, academic study for credit (about three semesters) at a recognised or accredited institution of higher learning with an English-language curriculum.
c) Studying in secondary or high school: Evidence of completion of the last two years of secondary/high school with language of instruction is English immediately prior to enrollment at UWM.

3) Degree certificates and transcripts
Transcripts and degree certificates must be uploaded as part of our bachelor's application criteria. Upon arriving on school, accepted students will be required to present the original documentation.  

Transcripts of all academic work, including secondary/high school and all university/college work, should be provided.  Include a translation into English if the transcript is not available in English.

4) Tests for new Freshmen: ACT and SAT
Although SAT or ACT scores are not required for our bachelor's programme, you may submit them if you have them.  They will be used to determine your placement in maths and English classes and could improve your chance of receiving scholarships.

Placements for MBA at University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee are good. 1) Completion of a bachelor's degree
Candidates must possess a degree from an undergraduate institution in the United States with regional accreditation or from a recognised school abroad. For admission purpose, many 3-year bachelor's degrees are recognised as being equivalent to the 4-year bachelor's degree in the United States.

2) CGPA 2.75
a minimum overall undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 2.75 on a scale of 4.0, or a comparable score on a different scale. If your college GPA is under 2.75, you'll need to offer more proof.

3) English proficiency required for international students 
All UWM Graduate School applicants must show they have a sufficient degree of English language ability.

4) GMAT and GRE scores.
A minimum GMAT score of 500 overall (36 in verbal and 17 in quant for international students).
A minimum total GRE score of 305 (for overseas students, a verbal score of 142 and a quantitative score of 149).

More than 3,500 students are employed on the UW-Milwaukee campus, contributing their skills and enthusiasm to various campus departments and obtaining useful experience. At UWM, undergraduate and graduate students can work part-time jobs in fields, research labs, and offices. In certain rare circumstances, students from other schools may be permitted to work as student employees at UWM. Students are allowed to work 25 hours a week throughout the year (semesters and breaks ) EXCEPT for summer, when they may work more than 25 hours. You should also know that many students work in more than one on-campus job. Pay for real hours worked is given to students. They are not entitled to "make up" time on days the university is closed, nor are they eligible for paid leave time (such as holidays). Students also do not have access to ancillary benefits like health insurance and tuition reimbursement.
