University of California Berkeley requires English language proficiency for International applicants. While the University of California Berkeley mainly accepts the International English language testing system (IELTS), they also accept other English language proficiency tests. In addition to IELTS, the University of California Berkeley accepts other English proficiency tests such as TOEFL and Dulingo.
