Germany and UK have top notch business school apart from the above mentioned countries. For EMBA, there are no entrance exams and it requires extensive work experience of 10-15 years and someone who has worked at the managerial level.

Yes, you can. You can check associate degree programs. It will be difficult to find Diplomas, Or apply for a Bachelor's degree. For either course, you must take ACT or SAT, so decide wisely.
