Hi Tushar, Pennsylvania is a student friendly place, many universities are colleges are there like University of Pennsylvania which can be expensive, Lafayette College, Penn State University, University of Pittsburgh, Saint Vincent College, University of Phoenix, Indiana University of Pennsylvania Main Campus etc. No one say about job opportunities now especially with the strict H1B visa policies by Trump.
