Yes, of course, you can study. You will need good grades, around 70% if you want to study in a good university. You must also take the SAT to study in USA. TOEFL or IELTS must also be taken for English language requirements. Scholarships are on merit. If you have a good profile, good mark

He can if he is something extraordinary. If you check the admission requirements, universities mention that they will consider freshers with outstanding academic record and displays potential of becoming a good candidate.

Check QS world ranking for university rankings. MIT, CalTech, Carnegie Mellon, RWTH Aachen etc are some of the best you could think of, admissions are competitive though.

You must be able to read the N5 print between 30 and 50 cm and the N14 print at 100 cm, with or without correction, else you are not eligible.

After B.Com, you can pursue MS Finance, MS Accounts, MS management etc. As for CMA, you can do CMA USA course even in India and there is no need to travel all the way to US for this. Every state in US also has different norms for CMA. Secondly, atleast two years work experience is require
