I guess it would of MCQ type - 20 questions of 5 marks each with negative marking (-2 for wrong answer).

Dear,
The eligibility criteria for admission in M.Sc in chemistry is 45% marks in B.Sc.chemistry Honours and pass marks in Mathematics as a subsidiary subject. Other formalities as decided by the University for admission required to be observed. So it is clear from Eligibility criteria of admission in M.Sc. in Chemistry that after B.Tech in CS you can't do directly M.Sc. in Chemistry.
