The eligibility criteria for admission in M.Sc in chemistry is 45% marks in B.Sc.chemistry Honours and pass marks in Mathematics as a subsidiary subject. Other formalities as decided by the University for admission required to be observed. So it is clear from Eligibility criteria of admission in M.Sc. in Chemistry that after B.Tech in CS you can't do directly M.Sc. in Chemistry.

No, there is not entrance for BA in English hons. Interested candidates can apply online with the required information. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2.
