The latest information about Cut off for securing admission into B. Sc (Hons) in Mathematics programme offered by Vishwa Bharati University is a score of 65% to 80% in class 12th from any recognised board.

Visva Bharati University Cutoff 2023 expected for B.Sc. Hons. Mathematics is around 97+ percentile. The score can be around 160+ marks out of 850. With regard to categories, the cutoffs may also vary from 50-70 marks. As admission to the Program is highly competitive in nature, the candidate should, therefore, regularly visit the official website of Visva Bharati University and the CUET portal for exact cutoff details as an approximate cutoff mark is subject to change and no official cutoff detail has been released yet.

No, candidates are not allowed to get direct admission to BSc courses at Visva Bharati University. The primary eligibility criteria that the university requires to enroll students is, securing good scores in Class 12, especially in the subjects they want to specialise in. In addition to admission criteria, aspirants are required to qualify for CUET and NEST with good scores. Even, the university does not explicitly mention any rules for direct admission on its official website.

Yes, this central university will also be offering admission to various courses based on CUET scores. However, this does not confirm admission. Candidates will have to meet the course-specific minimum eligibility and other criteria as prescribed by the university as well.

Visva Bharati University offers MA programme across 27 specialisations via its Bhasha- Bhavana (Institute of Languages, Literature and Culture), Vidya Bhavana (Institute of Humanities & Social Sciences), Palli Samgathana Vibhaga (Institute of Rural Reconstruction) and Vinaya Bhavana (Institute of Education). Admission to all these is subject to merit in the last qualifying exams, i.e. UG degree except for ‘Comparative Literature’ and ‘Education’ specialisation.
