For admission in MFA in History Arts, you need to score 55% marks for general (49.5% marks for OBC) / the corresponding grade in BFA or an equivalent degree (minimum 4-year course) from a recognized university/institution.
With B.Sc and M.Sc, you won't be eligible to apply.

You need to be 12th passed for admission in any UG program.

Mostly, subjects like history, geography, political science, economics, etc., are preferred.

Aim for atleast 85%+ for ICAR as top colleges are not easy to get and even with ranks under 3000. It is hard to get a good college.

B.Sc. in Agriculture has better recruitments in government departments. Fishery is also good but it is not better than Agriculture. The demand of Agriculture is in nearly every department like Banks, Public welfare, Forest departments etc.

B.Sc Agriculture has better requirement in government sector than B.Sc in Forestry. Agriculture Officers in bank, in Irrigation department etc. are mostly B.Sc AG graduates.
