No, for VIT you need to have mathematics in your +2 to be eligible for admission into BCA. But there are many other best universities which will get you admission into BCA without any problem.
If you want to learn programming languages which you will be studying in your BCA course then you can check out this app "BCA - Course Programming" which is specially designed and developed for BCA students and is available on Google Play Store. It has programs and assignments of languages like C, C+ and Java with their outputs. You'll be studying these languages in your 3 years of BCA.

No this is not possible without maths.Some universities provide you without maths admission but in 2nd year of BCA maths is compulsory so you're not eligible.

No, VIT is just offering the course as B.Com in general. It hasn't tied up with ACCA, either you have to pursue B.Com or you have to opt CA separately.

Two different branches which depends on your interest. Forgetting about branch, if its a choice between two Institutes I would suggest you to go with VIT as placement wise it really great and even the education is good.

For CSE branch, I would prefer you to go with any of the Institutes. As placement wise, all the campus are good.

I don't know about IIITDM, Kanchipuram. But, VIT is really a good campus to learn and even VIT is ranked No.1 Private Institute for 4th time in a row in 2019 by the Indian Government.

Just visit the campus with DD of the fee mentioned in the email with all the documents. Upon your choice of branch they will give you admission in B.Tech programme. The fee details is as mentioned in the mail which VIT sent you before the time of counselling.
