Hello Manideep,
Yes, VIT University is a really good choice for EEE. It has a better infrastructure and provides better education.
There are not as many core companies for placements in EEE but you can get a job if you are well versed and able to equip yourself. You may also get a good package as the companies would be mostly reputed.
Since it is a core branch of engineering, I would advise you to do some specializations in M. Tech after B. Tech.

placements in the Civil dept of VIT, it's absolute poor. Around 30-40%. The best company that enlisted people from VIT is L&T construction. Be that as it may you'll must be in the best 40s for it. Godrej Properties gives great bundle, however their admission is less that 5. Goodbye lodging, holy person gobain are other 2 center firms that selected a year ago however they too have a pitiful admission and pay bundle. In the event that you need to go for higher investigations then you may take up common in VIT.

Hello Manideep,
Yes, VIT University is doing great in placements and that too in recent days. It has gained a fair amount of reputation that makes it even more great.
It offers numerous placement opportunities and the number of students getting placed is also high. They are also offered good salary packages.
For complete list of placements you may refer: www.vit.ac.in/placement.

Hello Manideep,
There is no particular cutoff mark but the admission is based on the All India rank that you get in VITEEE. To get civil engineering at VIT, Vellore, your rank should be at least below 5000.

JIIT, Noida is better than SRM, VIT, KIIT, and Manipal. But the choice depends on the factors you judge these colleges.
If you are looking for the best option in Northern India, then JIIT is much better than the available choices.
