Yes, an average Indian student from Tier 2 or Tier 3 colleges can join Wilfrid Laurier University. Indian students need to complete the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC). The students will subsequently get an official email with their LORIS portal login information. The application must be finished and submitted using the LORIS site. The LORIS site is used for any future communications from the institution.
