Sure, Woodbury University does offer some Master of Science (MS) programs, but they are restricted to some Architecture-related fields. For example:
MS in Architecture
MS in Architecture in Real Estate Development (only offered at San Diego campus)
These are the extensive offerings for Architecture graduates; there is no general MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business currently listed.

No, GMAT is not mandatory to apply to Woodbury University for PG level, but for UG level courses SAT or ACT is mandatory. Other the aforementioned requirements, below are the other requirements:

Woodbury University is Considered a value school, Woodbury University tuition fee ranges from INR 22 L to INR 47 L for PG courses with MBA and M.Tech being the least expensive for the first year and MS courses being the most expensive.
