XLRI has a very well defined and tough criteria for selection. Firsly you need to have secured passing grades right from 10th, 12th to your graduation. After that you need to appear for xat exam and clear all sectional cutoffs and then procure a good percentile. Once you do that, you will receive an interview call from XLRI. POst that you have to appear in GD and Interview proces. After clearing these two rounds, you will be evaluated and granted admissions

680 is a very good score, but you have less chances as they call at 700+ scores for GMAT. Fees for two years is around 17 lakhs.

Eligibility criteria - One should be an under graduate and should appear for XAT. Having cleared the cutoff for the interview call that year appear for the selection rounds. There is no minimum requirement for admission call but it is usually seen that good academic scores in 10/12/UG helps. Also, if you have relevant work experience, so that will also improve your chances of getting selected.
In Summary, there is no eligibility for other than clearing XAT cutoff, which is decided every year. Usually the cutoff ranges from 95 percentile and above for PGDBM.

You will be eligible to apply for campus Placement if you make it to the college. It will be difficult for you to get shortlists from top and mid level companies. You shall focus on improving your academic scores during your MBA and build a strong CV to get shortlist from good companies on campus.

With your scores, it will be extremely difficult to get a call from XLRI. You will atleast need a 70,70,70 to become eligible for an interview call. Your scores are even below a 60,60,60 which puts at a huge disadvantage.
You should target other less competitive Management Colleges. Work on building a good profile and aquire good work experience. Also, you need to score among top rankers in the XAT exam for this.
