Admissions at ZHCET are primarily *entrance-based* for its BTech programs. They consider scores from national-level or university-level exams like JEE Main, AMUEEE (the university's own entrance exam), or state-level engineering entrances. While academic merit might be used within categories of eligible candidates, the initial selection and ranking heavily rely on entrance exam performance.
