As far as my knowledge is concerned, AMU does not offer lateral entry for B.Tech course. You will have to qualify the AMUEEE entrance exam and begin your course from the first year.

yes sure you can apply for that. There is no barrier depending upon what stream you have pursued. you can do your msc on that subject no issues.
