How many marks do I need to get to qualify for BITS? If I get 250 to 300 marks then can I qualify for BITS?

Yes, with this 85 percentile score in CAT, you have really good chances to make it to BITS for MBA.

Yes, BITSAT is much easier than JEE Advanced but the cut-offs are too much high.

Your CAT score is low, but BITS Pilani's MBA follows a profile based selection and it is not just the CAT percentile what is looked upon for admission. So, I would suggest you to apply for it.
