Your CAT score is low, but BITS Pilani's MBA follows a profile based selection and it is not just the CAT percentile what is looked upon for admission. So, I would suggest you to apply for it.

There are any good engineering colleges apart from IIT/NIT or BITS Pilani. You can consider DTU, VIT, Thapar University and MIT Manipal for admission. There are many central universities that are also decent. The colleges in Delhi NCR

Yes the M.E (equivalent to M.Tech) students pursuing master's course in engineering are eligible to get the stipend provided they need to do a teaching assistantship during the tenure of their education.

Definitely, a middle-class student can avail admission in BITS Pilani. If you are having a financial constraint, you can easily get an educational loan from public sector banks provided you score decent in BITSAT.

Hi Sujoy,
BITSAT is a speed based exam. It requires the students to be well versed with the syllabus of 11th & 12th standard and a lot of practice. For the short time period left, its better to take mock BITSATs online and prepare accordingly.
