If you are asking for the admission in BITS for any branch then you have a very slight chance of getting B. Pharm. Except that, you won't be able to clear the cut-off for other BE or M.Sc. courses.

Yes, it is true. BITS, Pilani and its campuses at goa and Hyderabad may not be ranked in the top in a ranking list. But they offer better education, exposure and placements. Their standard is equal to IITs. It has a huge reputation and it is recognized worldwide. The only difference that is between the IITs and BITS Pilani will be the fee structure as BITS Pilani is a private university.
Even some students prefer BITS Pilani if they don't get the top IITs.
Don't trust the rankings as each website will put a ranking.
If you get BITS Pilani, then you can consider that you are going to become a good engineer. You can also have a tag name (brand name) of BITS Pilani.
