MBA from distance is not recommendable as it is not accepted by higher number of companies. Neither it adds much value to the course. So, instead of distance MBA either go for regular one or executive after gaining some work experience.

The average package for a fresher is around Rs 7-8 lakhs per annum. Yes, you have a good chances of getting an interview call.
