Well I don't know much about Chandigarh University but I can guide you by providing the details of LPU. Since I am LPU alumni I am well-versed that LPU provides quality education and colossal growth. B.Sc. Agriculture at LPU, before proceeding I want to assert that LPU is the first private university in India that has got the ICAR accreditation which is a huge milestone that LPU has got in Science field. Undoubtedly, studying B.Sc. Agriculture in LPU will give an upper edge to the students because of robust curriculum and the space area which they provide for agricultural practises. Further, LPU also provides numerous scholarships and benefits of it can be availed by students. As I am an alumnus of LPU from Science background I, have visited the greenhouse and agricultural fields, which I must say are very vast and the on-going projects are significant and impactful. LPU also offers various career pathways and depending upon students calibre the guidance is provided accordingly. In summation I would strongly recommend LPU for pursuing B.Sc. Agriculture as LPU moulds each person in such a way so that one can fit in this competitive world.

Chandigarh University is a new university and therefore is best for Computer Science due to its placements but the university is good for Civil Engineering in terms of Education Quality and rest objectives. The off-campus placements in civil engineering are good as compared to on-campus placements in Chandigarh university.

Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar is popularly known as LPU is conducting its placement drive for the batch 2022 and this year the highest CTC stood at INR 3 CPA which was 1.5 times higher than the last year. The highest domestic salary stood at INR 62.72 LPA. A total of 8400 Job and Internship offers were made. Cognizant recruited the maximum number of students (1410+ Students) followed by Capgemini which recruited 770+ Students. A students of B.Tech CSE/IT was offered a package of INR 49.4 LPA by Paloalto. A total of 383 students have been placed at the packages of INR 10-64 LPA. LPU Placements 2021 offered over 1200 offerings to students of the 2021 batch on day one. A total of 8500 students were placed. The highest CTC stood at INR 42 LPA which was offered by Microsoft to the engineering students whereas INR 21 LPA was offered to the Management students by Trident. LPU made a remarkable achievement during the Covid-19 times by placing 428 students in Capgemini and 739 in Cognizant. In the Summer Internship Placement Drive of 2020 the highest stipend stood at INR 80K. LPU ranked as the 5th Best Private Universities in India by Outlook Ranking 2020 and 99 by NIRF Overall ranking of Universities in India.
