Normally, 4 years' course in any Indian college qualifies for a further study in colleges/universities abroad. For an engineering student, it is easy but for a graduate of science, as any graduation course is 3 years, it is necessary to do post-graduation for studying abroad. It is possible with M.Sc degree only. However, get current information from foreign universities offering MS courses. You can go for GRE exam. You will get scholarship too.

Yes, it is a better choice, if you are not able to get a seat in NITs or some deemed universities. CSE is also a good branch with more opportunities. All the best.

Yes, Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC), Landran was established in 2001 with the strength of 100 students but now it houses more than 15000 students and offering 25 technical programs and professional courses through 8 colleges. CGC delivered over 118 batches and had 17,700 plus students. Getting a large number of placements every year is the plus point of my college. Basically, it attracts students to get admission every year. The placed student rate is increasing year by year. The last year 2500 students were placed and the highest package was 32 Lacs. Alumni network and senior students are very helpful. They will guide you at each and every step. They also help in your placements.
